        This headgear is a very thick, it gives 2" of padding on the front 1" - 1.5" of padding on the sides and around the ears.  There is also a chin rest with 1/4" of padding.  This headgear offers a good field of vision 6" wide and 2" high while still offering excellent protection.  The straps across the top of the head are double thick leather, for added durability.  Unlinke other headgear, this one has cavities designed for your ear to fit into without crushing your ear to your head.  Excellent for sparring at any level.
