change, your order may not be accepted or we may have to
communicate price changes or availability issues to you
after you place your order.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or
other form of order confirmation does not signify our
acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute
confirmation of our offer to sell. LinkAmerica.com
reserves the right at any time after receipt of your
order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
LinkAmerica.com reserves the right at any time after
receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to
supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
All orders placed over $2,500.00 ( USD ) must obtain
pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as
established by our credit and fraud avoidance
department. We may require additional verifications or
information before accepting any order. LinkAmerica.com
is a direct importer and wholesaler, who accepts orders
from end users, dealers, exporters, other wholesalers,
or other customers who intend to resell the products
offered.

Typographical
Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or
with incorrect information due to typographical error or
error in pricing or product information received from our
suppliers, LinkAmerica.com shall have the right to refuse
or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the
incorrect price. LinkAmerica.com shall have the right to
refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order
has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your
credit card has already been charged for the purchase and
your order is canceled, LinkAmerica.com shall void the
transaction or issue a credit to your credit card or via
check.

Return
Policy
- All
products returns or exchanges require a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To
receive an RMA number you may contact LinkAmerica
directly by phone (361) 553-7400.
- Return for
refund within: 7 days
- Return for
replacement within: 7 days
- Restocking
Fee: Yes (Refund & Exchange Only)
Returns only apply to
defective merchandise. In the event that you do
receive a product that is defective, you will still be
responsible for any return shipping costs. In the
event of a refund you will be refunded less any
shipping charges. You should be certain that the
item you are purchasing will fit your needs. Ensure
that the dimensions, aesthetics and utility of the
products are what you need before placing your
order. If you ship us a non-defective item, the item
will be returned to you at your expense. Refunds for merchandise
are issued solely at the discretion of LinkAmerica
Dist. No
refunds or exchanges are accepted on custom orders.
Products that are not
eligible for return will be sent back to you at your
expense if received by us:
- Any product
that is returned without all original packaging and
accessories including but not limited too, the box,
manuals, bolt & screws, strings, bows, ink,
labels, etc.
- Any product
that shows physical damage from use
To be eligible to receive
an RMA number you must inform LinkAmerica Dist of the
defective merchandise within 7 days of receiving the
product.
Before any replacement
merchandise is shipped LinkAmerica Distributors must
receive your return.
This is our Standard Return
Policy. Items covered by this policy must be returned
within 7 days of issuing an RMA number for this policy
to apply. Return constitutes LinkAmerica Distributors
receipt of the product, and not the issuance of an RMA
number. By confirming your order, you indicate your
agreement to this policy.

Exchange Policy
- All Product
exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number. To receive an RMA number you may
contact LinkAmerica directly by phone (361) 553-7400.
- Return for
exchange within: 7 days
- Restocking
Fee: Yes
You are responsible for all
shipping costs in an exchange including but not limited
to, initial shipping charge, return shipping to
LinkAmerica Dist., and exchange shipping back to you.
All exchanges have a 15%
restocking fee, this is a non waivable fee.
We will accept an exchange
for the following reasons only:
- Item is the
wrong size (Leather Only)
- Ordered
wrong model #
To be eligible to receive

Before any exchanged
merchandise is shipped LinkAmerica Distributors must
receive your return.

Order Cancellation Policy
- All
Canceled orders must be prior to shipping
- All
Canceled orders must be done by phone (361) 553-7400
Once an order
is placed it goes to processing. If there is a
cancellation prior to shipping, the order may be charged
a 20% cancellation charge. The reason is that all
merchandise that has gone to processing has incurred the
possible cost of packaging, and then unpacking, and
restocking.

Refund Policy
Only 2 options exist for Refunds
- You
received the wrong item, the correct item is not
available and will not become available within a
reasonable time frame.
- You
requested special shipping (ie. Next Day Shipping) and
LinkAmerica Distributors failed to ship using the
appropriate shipping method. LinkAmerica
Distributors is not responsible if the appropriate
shipping company is late on their delivery time.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall LinkAmerica.com or
any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any
indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages
including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data,
loss of business or profits.

PROCESSING TIME
Your order is reviewed by our
Processing Department to ensure that the order is
accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are
authorized to use this payment method. Once your order
has been approved by our Processing Department, it
is sent to our warehouse for shipment.
NOTE - We do not charge your
credit card until your order is shipped, however we
do attempt to get an authorization on your card for
the amount of your order at the time your order is
placed. This authorization is not a charge but still
may utilize a portion of your credit limit or
available funds making those funds or portion of
your credit limit unavailable for other use. In the
unlikely event that your order is delayed or
cancelled the authorization will expire and your
credit limit or available funds will again become
available for use. The amount of time it takes for
an authorization to expire is dependent on the
policies of the bank that issued your card and
ranges from 1 to 7 business days.
Please note, credit card
processing can take up to 3 business days (Depending
on the accuracy of the information given to us by
the customer.). Further, for security reasons, voice
confirmation may be required before we can process
your credit card for payment.
If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will
ship them as soon as possible from our warehouse or
from one of our Distribution Warehouses located
throughout the United States. If the item(s)
on your order are out of stock, they will not be
shipped until we have received and processed the
back ordered inventory in our warehouse.

UPS Ground: 3 - 8 Business
Days (Continental US)
USPS Priority: 3 - 5 Business Days (Continental US)
Note: Saturday & Sunday deliveries are not
available.
TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY
Total time is based on the
amount of time it takes to get payment
authorization, order processing, and the transit
time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours
to 10 days for in-stock items. |
SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES
Shipping is calculated
based on the actual or dimensional weight depending on
the product(s) ordered. Shipping and handling
charges will be applied to all orders placed with us.
If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes, or in
separate shipments in the event an item is not in
stock and must ship at a later date, shipping and
handling charges for the entire order will be assessed
at the point when the first item is shipped. We charge
only ONCE for shipping and handling, for the entire
order.
